Q1: I've never boxed before. Is this for complete beginners?

A: Yes. 90% of our professional students started with zero experience. We start with fundamentals—stance, basic punches, footwork—and progress over 60 days.

Q2: I work 9-7. How much time does this require?

A: Sessions are 60 minutes. We offer morning slots (6-8 AM) and evening slots (6-8 PM). 3-4 sessions per week gives excellent results. On the call, we'll find timing that works for your schedule.

Q3: Is boxing safe? I need to be functional for work.

A: Safety is our #1 priority. No sparring in the beginner program. We teach controlled technique and proper form. Small batches mean personalized attention. In 15 years and 600+ students, we have an excellent safety record.

Q4: Will I actually lose weight doing this?

A: Yes. Boxing burns 200-500 calories per session—more than running or gym cardio. Combined with basic nutrition guidance (we help you), professionals typically lose 5-7 kg in 60 days while building lean muscle. You'll see visible results.
